BLACKPINK Celebrates “BOOMBAYAH” Hitting 100 Million Views On YouTube

BLACKPINK had an impressive debut in 2016, and it looks like they aren’t planning on stopping anytime soon in 2017!

On January 31, the music video of “BOOMBAYAH” hit 100 million views on the group’s official YouTube channel, making it BLACKPINK’s first music video to reach such a record.

To celebrate the occasion, the members of BLACKPINK shared a photo on their Instagram account. They wrote out their caption in Korean, English, and Thai, and their thank you’s read as follows, “Hello, hello. Wow, we heard such great news today. We heard the amazing news that ‘BOOMBAYAH,’ one of our debut songs, hit 100 million views. We really want to thank you all for this, especially our Blinks! You guys are the best. We’ll continue to bring you greater performances and music videos, so please keep watching over us and loving us. Once again, we thank you so much, and we will continue to do our best as BLACKPINK. We love you so, so much!”
