JTBC’s most awaited drama for the second half of the year was introduced. War of Prosecutors was highly anticipated because of Lee Sun-kyun and Jung Ryeo-won tandem.
On December 6th, “War of Prosecutors” which is directed by Lee Tae-gon released a scene showing an awkward handshake between Lee Sun-woong and Cha Myung-joo.
The situation in the scene shows the accidental encounter between Lee Sun-woong of room 307, who was working at the prosecutor’s office, and Cha Myung-joo who came to the building to explore her new nest, room 309. As colleagues who need to work together, it’s nice to share greetings, but the awkward atmosphere that fills them is mysteriously intriguing.
In response, Jung Ryeo-won said “the relationship between the characters we play in the drama is reversed. In college, Lee Sun-woong was the senior, but Chung Myung-ju passed the judicial examination first, and the relationship between the two people in society switched.“
The actor Sun-kyun also added “Jeong Ryeo-won is a very passionate and refined actress. On the field, she is releasing positive energy. I’m glad that we worked together.” Jung Ryeo-won also raised the expectation of the viewers for the drama by saying, “The shooting scene is fun because we are close and friendly.“
“War of Prosecutors” is a drama about the stories of ordinary workers who are prosecutors living every day in the local city, unlike the gorgeous lawyers displayed in the media.
